Let the buyer beware. Clearly communicated that any work done that was outside the scope of the insurance be priced out before it was completed. Spotless charged $5800 not covered by the insurance after the work was completed. I would highly recommend finding a more reputable company to do business with. In addition to deceptive business practices related to billing, they also misrepresented that they were an approved vendor by our insurance company. After having these issues, we discovered that not only are they not an approved vendor, but the adjuster indicated that he had other customers who had these same issues. I found similar issues for Spotless reported to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend finding another company with a commitment to honesty to do business with.

They use Xactimate software and manipulate pricing above industry standards. They take advantage of people when they are most vulnerable.

Found a deal on Angie's List and scheduled an appointment . The day of the appointment I received a phone call giving us a heads up that he was running behind. I am perfectly okay with it and I was thankful for the heads up. Nothing like siting and waiting and not knowing what's going on.

He arrived and got right to work.

When I arrived home the carpets were barely wet and looked fantastic. A week later they still look fantastic! If you have pets who have accidents like our new puppy does, give this place a call.

Very pleased and will use them again in the future for all our carpet cleaning needs.

Fantastic floor cleaning! Our plumbers left a mess that I thought couldn't be cleaned. We have white carpet and it looks better than it did new! Erik did a great job and was fast!!!

We have used Spotless Floor Care for many years, with two wild boys and through two different dogs with various health issues and we have never had a spot that Paul and his team couldn't get out of our white carpet! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

They showed up with a janitor looking machine that was harsh on my carpet. My carpets looked great for about two weeks and went back to the way it was if not worse! I called and got no response or returned phone call. Extremely cheap! Will never use them again! Its a scam and rip off
