Georgetown Advantage Air

Our air conditioner quit working. We called about noon, and they had a service technician out in about three hours. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit running in about 10 minutes. The technician then took time to check freon levels and clean out the drain lines. Very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced too.

Our unit didn't go out but the parts were obsolete and next year the Freon will no longer be offered. Therefore we choose to get it replaced now.

Now keep in mind that our house is a doublewide manufactured home. Unfortunately, our heater and A/C unit is not high end equipment but it keeps us cool in the summer and warm during fall and spring. Our main heating source is a wood burner we installed the moment we moved in. Rural utilities run high and we just enjoy heating with wood.

We had our new unit installed today and we are so thankful it went smooth and quick. A total of 5 installers came to our house this morning and were complete before lunch. Also keep in mind that we had them install our unit in a didferent location than the old unit. They removed the old unit and took it with them they also cleaned up after themselves.

We have used them before for regular service and repairs but I was very pleased with todays service. I did go to their office to pay in person and asked about the warranty on the unit. I was explained what it was and of course I am sure the brand and type of unit warranty may be different so I don't want to disclose ours because it may not be the same for everyone based on the type and brand of units. I was then told that they (Georgetown Advantage Air) register all warranties so it's done and complete. I just want to say that everyone was very nice and we appreciate their work because now we can sleep comfortably.

Ask for cory. Hes very knowledgeable on time and efficient. I'm very impressed with his proficiency in diagnosing my problem and getting my AC back into working order in under an hour. My go to guy from here on out! 10/10 excellent service

Gene from Georgetown Advantage Air is the BEST!

We purchased a house that was "gutted" by the previous owner. The house had three furnaces. Two were gone. One was dismantled in the basement. We had three HVAC "experts" show up. Each said that the furnace in the basement was trash and tried to sell us a new one. One ordered the wrong furnace and the wrong coil. All of them asked for HUGE advances in cash.

Then I called Gene from Advantage Air. He showed up same day. Fixed the furnace in the basement. Promised to fix the next two quickly, and he's only charging for time and material.

We have been looking for a good and trustworthy HVAC expert for over tow years. Georgetown Advantage Air delivers!
