The BIA Emerging Leaders is a networking and educational group within the BIA and is open to young professionals, 40 and under, in the building industry in Central KY.

The Code Administrators of Kentucky along with the Home Builders Association of KY and The Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction will be hosting two one-day classes at the BIA Office on Tuesday, February 26th and Wednesday, February 27th. The classes will be instructed by Alex "Cash" Olszowy and will focus on the significant changes in the 2018 Kentucky Residential Code, which was made mandatory as of January 1, 2019.
