The last BIA Remodelers Council Lunch & Learn Networking Event of 2023 will be at the BIA's trade school, The Building Institute, on Wednesday, December 6th with special guest presenter Servpro! The team at Servpro will be presenting on best practices and how they handle demo, post construction cleanup & builders risk. Also, thank you Servpro for providing lunch!

This lunch & learn will be a great opportunity to not only network with other BIA Members, but to explore the Building Institute's new location at 650 Kennedy Road, Lexington, KY 40511. The Building Institute is an evening program that instructs the plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades. Feel free to explore the school's classrooms and labs. Representatives of the Building Institute will be on hand to answer any questions about the school and how BIA Member HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing companies can hire students or send employees to the school to become licensed.

Location: The Building Institute is located on the right side of the building at 650 Kennedy Road, Lexington, KY 40511 (We share a space with our wonderful neighbors OWL - Opportunity for Work & Learning). There is a brick parking lot next to the Building Institute and street parking on Kennedy Road is available.

The BIA looks forward to closing out 2023 with an After-Hours Networking Event at Lexington Hearth on Thursday, December 7th from 4pm - 6pm! Members will be able to explore Lexington Hearth's showroom and some of the factory area where mantles and other fireplace items are made!

The team at Lexington Hearth will be providing food & refreshments and offering a BIA Member discount on mantles. There will also be a drawing for a nice bottle of bourbon!

The networking event is open to all BIA Members and prospective Members. Please RSVP no later than Monday, December 4th if you plan to attend!
