Calling all Sportsmen & Sportswomen! The 2025 BIA Sporting Clays Event, Presented by ComfortMaster Heating & Air is a "blast!" A popular event for novices and skilled shooters alike, Sporting Clays is another highly anticipated opportunity to get to know fellow BIA Members and have a fun day of shooting clay targets.

This event is the perfect opportunity to host an employee appreciation day or treat your top clients to a unique day of fun and friendly competition. Get to know your clients! Get to know your team!

Event Details:
The 2025 BIA Sporting Clays Event will be held at the Blue Grass Sportsmen's League (2500 Handys Bend Road, Wilmore, KY 40390) on Friday, October 24th.

Schedule:

8:00am-8:30: Registration for Morning Flight
8:30am-8:45am: Mandatory Safety Briefing - All Shooters Must Attend, No Exceptions
8:45-11:00 am: Morning Sporting Clays
11:30am - 12:30pm: Registration for Afternoon Flight / Lunch for Both Flights / Games for Both Flights (sponsored by Ferguson)
- Winners/Prizes Announced at 11:30 for Morning Flight
12:30pm - 12:45pm: Mandatory Safety Briefing - All Shooters Must Attend, No Exceptions
12:45pm - 4pm: Afternoon Sporting Clays?
- Winners/Prizes Announced at 4:00 for Afternoon Flight

WHEN SIGNING UP, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED 12 OR 20 GAUGE AMMO. IF THIS IS NOT FILLED OUT, WE WILL ASSUME YOU WILL BE SHOOTING WITH 12 GAUGE.

Station Sponsor $500

You Pick - Afternoon Flight, Morning Flight, or stay for both!

- Includes:
  - Station Sponsor – bring tent, table, etc., and network with teams when they arrive at your station
  - Signage w/logo at station
  - Company name on main sponsor sign and in email promotion
  - Networking & lunch for 2 during the event
    - Station sponsors arrive early to setup. You can drive your car to your station to setup and then park back at the club house/pavilion

Cart Sponsor $2500

Includes:

Networking and Lunch for 4 during the event
Logo on all golf carts
Logo on signage
2 Carts to ride around and visit each station during the event (can shoot if interested)

Drink Cart Sponsor $1000

Includes:

Networking and Lunch for 4 during the event
Logo on drink cart
Logo on signage
2 Carts to ride around and visit each station during the event and hand out drinks to shooters.

Lunch Sponsor $2,500

Includes:
- Networking and Lunch for 4 during the event
- Logo on Sign in Pavillion
- Logo on all other signage
- Team of 4 Shooters and a cart
- Feel free to bring a table to set up in the pavilion to network as attendees arrive at event
